"Start-up or do it herself / himself, but from others" is a project which aims to increase the involvement of educational and organizational informal groups and NGOs in the field of social participation of young people and institutions working with them. The result of this commitment will be the implementation of the project by young people introducing changes in their local community and youth facilities with the knowledge and skills that permanently strengthen her social skills as well as prepare for the role of leaders.Through joint actions also we raise the quality of the dialogue between young people and the representatives of the three sectors in the local community in Lodz and Poznan. The project will be attended by 60 people aged 18-30 from Lodz and Poznan including 20 people at risk of social exclusion, both institutionally.The first element of the activities will be two shares of socio-artistic flash mob (Lodz and Poznan) developing non-formal education crucial for motivational and interpersonal skills. Form and place will be developed during the project - these events will be created by young surfers, "skrzykniętych" on the Internet. Place selects the youth. The event will be promoted project entitled "Start-up or do it herself / himself, but with others" .Drugim level of effort will be a series of three-day workshops, development of social skills - their aim is to develop the skills needed to effectively deal with a particular type of social situations . The workshop will focus on the use of knowledge and skills of interpersonal communication, necessary for this to be active leaders of change and development and knowledge necessary to make decisions related to the theme of European citizenship. The third stage will research methods of a structured interview. The research is aimed at young people aged 15-30 with woj.wielkopolskiego and the Lodz dot. Local environmental problems in the context of what can be done informal groups of young people, their perceptions and ways to eliminate this phenomenon of life. The fourth stage involves the laboratory to create and prepare to implement the best ideas startups referring to the diagnosed problems. The laboratory will be invited to local decision-makers, experts, NGOs and private companies. Participants, together with policy makers will be divided into smaller groups. Youth will compete in teams, developing, testing and presenting their ideas to a forum before the examiners. ońcowe solutions will be presented at a forum in front of experts and then you select the best idea startup (one in each city), and implemented in life. The Laboratory will be tailored to the local context. The culmination and ultimate project will be a one-day seminar on the integration of young people into the actual decision making on Łódź and Poznań, raising knowledge about the mechanisms of participation of citizens and organizations in the life of the city, presenting opportunities for participation in taken by Łódź and Poznań organizations in 2016 initiatives in this area. Through conferences give a unique opportunity to participate in building the development strategy of our cities. We show young people how they can acquire knowledge about the actual impact of young people in the fate of the city.
