The aim of the project is to meet young people, representatives of youth organizations operating in Poland with policy makers at the national level. The main topic of the meeting is the facilitation for young people entry into the labor market, to prepare them for this step in university and beyond them. Theme of the project therefore includes internships and apprenticeships and areas of unemployment among university graduates.The project will be implemented between August 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017, by the Fundacja Inicjatyw Młodzieżowych and is a continuation and expansion of last year's project.100 people will participate in a meeting. The first step will be a social research as a starting point for the diagnosis, in the second step youth groups will prepare proposals and recommendations deployments, then come to the meeting and at the end of the promotion and dissemination of project results.Foundation through the project will gain expertise and research results concerning its area of cooperation and collaboration with other stakeholders, knowledge and experience will be used to carry out new projects aimed at the market for apprenticeships, and job search by young people.The project will help to gain experience in organizing such projects. Thanks to a well drawn up for the meeting organization will gain allies by the public administration in the activities of the youth, which will increase the quality of work for young people.Project participants will develop their core competencies in the areas covered by the project as well as the ability to conduct analytical evidence-based policy.We believe that the regular meetings of this kind will help to influence the policy makers so they will constantly change the labor market for the benefit of young people and facilitate them to gain first professional experience.
