The youth exchange "Start it" will bring to Prijepolje, Serbia for 7 days 39 young people from the 7 counties: Serbia, Romania, Kosovo, FYR Macedonia, Turkey, Spain and Poland. The theme of the project is youth entrepreneurship. The youth exchange "Start it" will enable these young people to reflect about what it means to be an entrepreneur and how they themselves might become an entrepreneur. We do not understand entrepreneurship only as business. Entrepreneurship can be also a creative activity in the field of art, sport, science and technology or in the NGO field. The youth exchange will enable young people to explore these various aspects of entrepreneurship, discuss about the characteristics of an entrepreneur and discover their own ideas that they could turn into action. The program of the youth exchange will use various methodologies - presentations of good practices from various countries, discussions and reflection workshops, simulation games, practical exercises, case studies, etc. The project’s objectives are:• Promoting entrepreneurship as a proper mean to tackle youth unemployment• Promoting entrepreneurship through living library method and facilitating the communication between the entrepreneurs and the youngsters• Promoting nter-cultural dialogue within the participants’ group and to expand the cooperation opportunities for the participant promoters• Creating a network of youngsters interested into entrepreneurship
