Stage professionnel à l'étranger
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

We have identified a crucial need to face the challenge of our future in Europe and focused on different objectives in order to facilitate long term life and work projects within the European Community for our staff and students. To facilitate mobility and gain professional skills we first need to reinforce our foreign language skills especially in a professional context. We also want to promote European citizenship through the experience of living and working in European countries. In this regard we have three main perspectives to develop the opportunity to get a work experience in one of the European countries for a larger number of students and staff. - finding training periods in companies for students in Fashion Design, Car Industry and Commerce (BTEC) because of their need to speak English, Italian and Spanish in a professional context. - developing training periods in institutes or universities in England for students in fashion and design and exchanges with Germany for students in general and technical high school - giving access to adequate and specific training to the staff: innovative teaching skills and CLIL to vocational teachers, language skills and professional skills (project management) to administrative staff. The project is managed by a steering group composed of teachers, members of the nonteaching staff and partners through regular meetings. Their task is to prepare, follow, assess and develop the whole project and prospect new partners. We also have set up a precise operational calendar with tasks and deadlines to carry out the different phases successfully and develop the project. We plan to assess and measure the positive impact on the project on all the participants. It will be assessed on criteria such as language skills , professional and cultural knowledge by the participants, the partners and the steering group . We believe that increasing the mobility of youngsters and adults (which is part of the Sacré-coeur school project) will not only benefit the students and the school but will also have a positive impact on local and foreign businesses.
