Accompanied by project partners Croatia Youth Network, Info-Zone, Croatian Debate Society, Delta organization runs a project named „Ready for Structured Dialogue“. The project aims to encourage active participation of young people and decision-makers in the local community, which would increase the youth participation in decision-making processes on local level. Duration of the project was over a period of six months, e.g. from February 1 until August 31 2016. Within the „Ready for Structured Dialogue“ project our plan is to undertake the main activity of holding a two-day conference in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, in Rijeka, at the beginning of May 2016. The conference aims to encourage active participation of young people and decision-makers in local community as well as to improve the youth's level of key competences and skills including the ones with fewer opportunities. Youth representatives, student council representatives and decision-makers will participate in the conference. They will actively participate in the conference programme, which will include short lectures about structured dialogue- its phases, previous and following cycle and activities of National working group. During the central part of the conference the participants will take part in workshops on key skills with a view to active participation in the process of undertaking structured dialogue activities on local level. The conference also includes familiarising youth representatives and decision-makers with future structured dialogue process. Youthpass implementation workshop will be included within the last part of the conference as well as a workshop which aims at defining key skills which participants consider necessary in conducting structured dialogue. The workshops will be included in on-line publication. Key skills elaborated in the conference are as follows:- organization and digital skills- social and negotiating skills- skills of participating in community activities and decision-making process on all three levels- ability to communicate with heterogeneous groupsWithin the project dissemination, publication named „Key Skills for Active Engagement in Structured Dialogue on Local Level“ will be created as well as informative video named „How to Prepare for Implementation of New Structured Dialogue Cycle in Local Community?“. Publications will be sent to associates, participants, national agencies and national workgroups in Europe but publications will also be available to general public.
