The project only the secondary school in Slovakia focused on the glass production solves the possibility of our students to participate of the vocational education on the internship in countries with a long tradition in glass production, whether it's a glass painting ,glass stained production,glass grinding and operation of glass machines. The aim is to develop skills,development of quality and attractive learning, develop knowledge, to gain experience at the work in manufacturing organizations, thereby increasing the possibility of integration in the labor market. Moreover, it is also improving of the intercultural dialogue, respect for other peoples, incitement to tolerance. For students is the biggest contribution of education and on the ground - in the run-workplace equipped with modern technology, work tools and materials so that they can try out other technologies, work with other materials and tools, what they have in school and participate in the actual production process. Another aim becomes the improvement in the foreign languages - English and German, in which participants communicate with the partners and understanding the Czech language too, especially in the technical term. Students will have the opportunity to visit various galleries, museums, churches, basilica and to use this knowledge in further study at our school and later in the college. The project is divided into 4 parts, each part is in a different organization with the different productivity. Part 1 is the participation of students of the study field with maturity - Art glass processing with a focus on the production of stained glass in the company in Glasmalerei in Stift Schlierbach in Austria. Students will work and help the company contracts, or will be able to design and implement and realize their own ideas. Part 2 is the internship for students with focus to study field glass painting and glass grinding implemented in a GLASSiCENTER Ltd. in Kamenický Šenov. Pupils will learn and improve their painting techniques (high enamel),which are used only a little in Slovakia and they are in retreat, they will try other technologies and other colors, materials, which we haven´t in our school, because they are expensive for it. In this company we have taken part the professional training in the past two years, the cooperation continues, and the company has good conditions for practice. Part 3 focuses on the professional training in Vetropack in Kremsmünster , Austria. This is a placement for students of the second year of study field Mechanic adjuster, where students are familiar with the procedures and technology at the production of glass containers. This company is part of a corporation holdings Vetropack Zurich and provides excellent opportunities for professional training. Part 4 is focused on professional training in the company EGERMANN in Nový Bor, Czech Republic. Students will be divided according to focus on glass painting and glass granding . They actively will participate in the work contracts of company. Our students during two weeks in each company participate directly of the production process, where they will get acquainted with workplaces,with their running and workload.They will assigned to the workplace, where under the supervision of our teacher staff and employees will be actively involved in the implementation of artistic, commercial production, they will monitor the working procedures with an intention the most to see and the most to learn and show what our students can also do.
