Sparkling eyes for new world
Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 1 nov. 2014 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project topic is development of entrepreneurial spirit of young people. We want to carry out this project to develop sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in ourselves and also to improve active participation of young people of 13 - 15 years old in the life of society. The main target is to arrange an international exchange for 24 participants in August 2014 in Sabonete (Italy). Our objectives are: - to develop entrepreneurial spirit in ourselves and in other participants of the project; - to consider together various interesting situations and to look for unusual, winning solutions; - to discuss the topic of high unemployment rate of young people in Europe: how can we escape this trap?; - to analyze possibility of being entrepreneurs and discuss the areas which will be popular and necessary in future; - to arrange one flash mob altogether; - to improve our creativity. In general we need these qualities for successful entering the labour market: creativity, ability to find original solutions in difficult situations, having initiative and taking risks. With our project we can open a way to success for participants. The project activities during the project include games, creative tasks, flash mob, discussions. Most of the project participants come from minorities: Russian-speaking minority in Estonia and Latvia and Romanian minority in Italy. We apply for the project in Estonia, but the exchange takes place in Italy. Our reasons: - Estonian group has initiated the project in order to get out of our comfort zone and to see new horizons; - It was important for Estonian group to write the project; - It is much more difficult to get support from Italian National Agency, but in Estonia the national agency is very open and helpful. They arrange events that help to develop your project ideas; - the younger group of our Italian partner were not ready to write a project.
