With this project we want to give our students the possibility to absolve their obligatoric internship within th EU. Participants shall improve their practical and gain new knowledge and competences. Students shall discover new methods and share them during school lessons. Furthermore, personal and language competences and self-dependence shall be improved strongly. During school year 2013/2014 15 students and 2 chaperons will take part in this project. They will travel to Germany, England, Ireland, Malta and Sweden, Finnland. By beginning their internships all participants have passed 4th grade and allready have fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical experience. All internships are absolved in social organisations like kindergarten, nursing homes, child and youth care. They are mostly about getting to know daily business, working methods and working flow as good as possible. These experiences from many different countries will be presented, discussed and considered critically during upcoming lessons. Due to a multiplier effect this will lead to a enormous spread of knowledge. For administrating this project well-known instruments like Europass and recommandations and only ECVET-Documents will be used. These instruments shall prove qualitiy and a high ratio of achievment of goals. Personal Assessment is mainly considered as an instrument for critical self reflexion for students.
