Our project critical thinking will be given education in the content of general framework ,the anaysis of personal preferences ,creative thinking ,organizational policy ,producing integrated solutions ,educational dimension of critical thinking. There are important differences between the individuals who get the skills of critical thinking in terms of choosing ,organizing and using the information and the individuals who do not have these skills.Students are more successful when They have these skills.It is becoming more important for students to have the skills of critical thinking and using the skills when they encounter a problem.Using the critical thinking in the right situation depends on the critical thinking tendency of people.So everyone should have an education on critical thinking.Especially teachers should have this skill and provide it to disseminate to the large population. In our Project ,before the main activities Language lessons will be given to the participants and they will be provided to develop their language proficiency.In the part of cultural preparations ,participants will be given information about Portugal and their life style.Documents ,photos ,cds that are got during the main activities will bee used in the dissemination activities.Seminars will be supported by these sources in Turkey .Beside that On the internet and project corner ,these sources will be shown. Our project takes in 19 classroom teachers,1 counselor teacher,1 english teacher ,1 deputy headmaster and 1 headmaster.It is ascertained that 23 participants need education in this subject by making questionnaire on training needs analysis.It was ascertained that participants have not got any education on critical thinking.It was observed that critical thinking is the basic problem.If People pick up the creative thinking and the right thinking by developing their questioning skill,Most of the problems will have gone away.So It was decided to get education on this subject. Thinking is the key factor of people to be successful in individual and social life.The individual who can think effectively is succesful in finding out the aim of life and realizing it,solving the problem and deciding related to these problems,implementing these decisions.At this point,the importance of critical thinking comes out.It means getting critical thinking effectively ,evaulating and using.Our project will provide our participants to be more successful on their own personal development,getting the knowledge with the help of critical thinking,the duration of interpretation and implementing.In active class environment,We are aimed at increasing the skills of flexible thinking,creative thinking,problem solving ,being enthusiastic and making an effort by bringing in our students critical thinking. We are aimed at providing our teacher to get knowledge on critical thinking and transferring it to our students so as to prevent dropping out the school by the students.It has been increased recently.We intend to get over the problems related to dropping out the school by the innovative approaches with the help of critical thinking.We observe that our students have tendency to commit violence at times because of not communicating in a right way.First of all,the teachers will learn the different techniques of thinking and then transferring it to our students. If our project is applied,participants will get the system of critical thinking and become too specialized on this subjcet.In long term,the benefits on thr participants as below: -They will get the skills abstract thinking by thinking complex -They will have flexible and large perspective by dealing with contradictory -They will be sensetive to their environment and get the ability of the researcher -They will observe the events from the different perspectives -They will be brave ,taking risk and determined individuals -They will learn to contemplate on the problems in a different points as an innovative and open to change.
