The project + Solisform aimed at sharing knowledge and new practices developed by the partner selected by us. Solisform is a vocational school, with extensive experience in the field of metallurgy and metalo- mechanics. Among others, we have learning courses with double certification, whose main objective is training in technical areas. Thus, Syddansk Erhvervsskole (SDE college) was established as an excellent partner because being a vocational school themselves, their educational programs are primarily oriented to the technical areas as well. The selected young people were able to see for a month a different reality from the Portuguese one, and the initially outlined profile corresponded to partner expectations and Solisform. The selection of students to be included in this project was based on aspects such as assessment, attendance, interest, performance in training periods and entrepreneurial spirit. The activities carried out in mobility, either by the students or by the staff were previously outlined in general by Solisform, and the Danish partner adapted and implemented them in school for various mobilities. For the development of the various proposed activities it was essential the knowledge acquired by the students throughout their training path and the complementary with classes attended in Denmark. The electrical installations trainees carried out several activities, such as fiber optic installation; installing a lighting circuit in wood houses; electrical frames repairs; sockets and bulbs; power box installation. The industrial maintenance technician trainees conducted among others, the following activities: drawing interpretation; Autodesk classes; CNC and welding works; industrial equipment maintenance. With the completion of the project and of all the mobilities we found that all participants in mobility, students and staff, only had the most to gain from the experience. This added value not only happened at the time the mobilities were done, but it will also be a learning for the future. We think that the results achieved from this project were very important and well attained and will be very important for all the parties involved in their future personal and professional.
