There is little known about group dynamic training methods in Lithuania. Their application would contribute to more effective adult education. Lithuanian education system does not give enough attention to adult education modernization. The organisation's goal is to improve the quality of adult education and development direction of learning through innovative European experience. To achieve these objectives hinders the society inherited stereotypical attitudes (communication fear, withdrawal, alienation, hostility to innovation). The global educational experience has shown that the active teaching methods enables people to effectively motivate learners with new knowledge and gain new skills, work as a team, to be socially responsible, and active citizenship. Businesses teaching staff is essential to know and be able to inspire listeners to new knowledge, new skills, systematic and purposeful life learning. In Lithuania there is a lack of access and use of these methods. Companies partners provides training to European Erasmus program required standards. Partners is working throughout Europe and has gained a wide experience is highly regarded and have received good reviews. The partners have also discussed cooperation. Our organisation teaching staff participating in the partner’s courses. The project is administered by the Integration and Career Directorate (ICD) teacher, Social Science Professor. dr. Stanislavas Dadelo: more than 20 years of experience in adult education, work experience and private structures of the Ministry of Interior, foreign internships, scientific work. Teachers attending the project must have at least 5 years’ experience in adult education and practical experience in adults education. The project envisaged the exchange of information about a partner in education trends at European level. ICD will gain international experience in the management and communication. This will encourage the European dimension enlargement in Lithuania create conditions for new adult curriculum development of new techniques in training programs. The project is directed to have the biggest effect in the long run: it will improve the training quality and productivity, and increase the amount of students, fewer students take on the responsibility to terminate studies prematurely. ICDs will take on the responsibility to develop new products, enhance the competitiveness of graduates and social well-being and encourage the public to learn, it will help to motivate ICDs to high quality work. The project will have an indirect impact: change in public thinking, encourage new activities, reduce unemployment and social exclusion. It is likely that the results of this project will reach approximately 1000 people and more per year.
