Training „Social skills as a tool for creative learning“ is a training course for youth workers which will take place in Labin, Croatia from 10th to 15th September 2014. and it will include 5 different European countries: Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Cyprus and Spain. It is designed to inspire, challenge, and equip participants with all necessary for the future career as a youth worker. Training has been designed as an introduction to youth work which gives straightforward perspective on what youth workers may face day to day together with brushing up on their social skills. It offers an interactive environment where participants are able to engage, discuss, learn, develop new skills, make possibilities and ideas for future activities and projects with and for youngsters, and it gives an overview of the major elements that make up current youth work based on social skills. It's activities are including a mixture of group activities, discussion and presentations, brainstormings, role plays, energizers, ice breakers which offers non formal way of learning. Each session is run by a specialist in their area, who has a background in youth work. Trening "Socijalne vještine kao alat za kreativno učenje" je trening za osobe koje rade s mladima koji će se održati u Labinu (Hrvatska) od 10.-15. rujna 2014. godine, a uključuje sudionike iz 5 raznih Europskih država: Hrvatske, Poljske, Mađarske, Cipra i Španjolske. Trening će dati uvid u svakodnevni posao osobe koja radi s mladima zajedno sa svim situacijama na koje mogu naići, te kako da se osnaže i osposobe za rad putem učenja socijalnih vještina. Kreiran je na način da inspirira, te ujedno i osposobi sudionike za rad s mladima. Trening nudi interaktivno okruženje u kojem sudionici mogu aktivno sudjelovati, naučiti, razvijati nova znanja i vještine, te rezviti nove ideje za buduće aktivnosti i projekte s mladima, a bazira se na poboljšanju socijalnih vještina neophodnih za rad s mladima. Aktivnosti će se odrađivati na neformalan način učenja, a uključuju grupne aktivnosti, diskusije, prezentacije, brainstorminge, igru uloga, energizere, icebreakere. Radionice će odrađivati osobe koje imaju iskustva u radu s mladima.
