On the other hand, organizations; they create and not just because they change the social entrepreneurs develop their community, but also to other members of society seek to invest because they paved the way civic participation. The use of this model for the project and ASHOKA 'foundation of our samples were taken over by his studies of social entrepreneurship.Our project will be carried out by young people who work on social entrepreneurship and social development issues. In this context, the importance of social entrepreneurship and social development and social development in the use of social entrepreneurship subjects will be studied. Information on social entrepreneurship and developing the skills of our participants in this context and is expected to reach competencies to work in this field.Activities to be carried out under the project, youth exchange activities in the social entrepreneurship between 5-13 April 2016 in Elazığ from 6 different countries (Italy, Portugal, Poland, Latvia, Spain and Turkey) with 38 participants from (5 participants + 1 leader) and will be held .Participants will join our project, it is expected to be composed of young people who want to work on issues related to social entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. We divided our group leaders and youth as participants. Because the leaders of the event to have the qualifications and knowledge to support our participants in the process, in order to implement smoothly the activities of our project. Participants learn from each other in the process to ensure that our training methods are widely applied in the process of our participants and our participants can learn from each other's methods will be used. In this process, leaders from process facilitation of partner countries and will be conducted by facilitators within our group.It aims we want to achieve with our project:a) encourage social entrepreneurship among young peopleb) To promote volunteering and volunteer activities among young peoplec) ensure that the youth can develop solution towards to the social issues d) the social reintegration of the young people's volunteer activities and to increase the employabilitye) promote social development by using the social entrepreneurshipIn the end of the project, participants will develop their skills on social entrepreneurship and social development issues. It will also reach the qualification to find solutions to social problems in carrying out the activities that can be done in this regard and will gain qualifications that will give direction to the design of applications that can be made in this context. Participating institutions and organizations, will gain experience about entrepreneurship with the activities held by them and they will increase both their financial and institutional capacities. In long term; It adopted against social entrepreneurship who studies social problems among youth and young people who will carry out activities in this context. In the scope of our project, the participants will carry out activities on corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship and will reach qualified to perform work on its implementation.
