SMART(Suomi-Macedonia art) EVS project was between Muurame municipality youth services and Youth Association creACTive in Kavadarci. This two-way EVS project started to form in a Short Study Visit in Finland Jyväskylä in December 2013 when partners met. Both partners send and received one volunteer for a 9 months starting on November 2014 and ended on August 2015. Objectives of this project was to share experiences and ideas about EVS projects, youth work methods and volunteers participation. Also aim was to increase awereness of different countries, cultures and Erasmus+ programme. Themes of this project were creativity and culture as well as youth participation and youth work. Working methods in this project were different open activities and workshops for youngsters, school visits and lessons, events and promotion for local and areal population and co-organizations. One of the main activity in both countries was to make a video project with youngsters who can let they voice heard about their lives. This all also inspired new ways to work and cooperate with locally and internationally. Impact was locally and areally remarkable. All the activities were direct to wide range of youngsters, population, youth workers and organizations. To confront and work with person from different country and culture gives possiblities to learn communication, understand differences and to became more tolerant. This whole project made more positive image of Europe and EU and gave information and courage for mobilize with help of Erasmus+.
