This means that the teacher must ensure the educational process of students to get the skills needed for the 21st century. Lesson must be meaningful, effective and teaching aids must be modern. Students should be provided with the skills that after graduating, they are able to engage effectively in communication with the rest of the community and to build a career, finding personal growth, to participate in social life. Outcomes of two selected courses were related closely to the improvement of the educational quality. It was planned for the long-term impact. As the biggest benefit from the participation in the project the quality of school education would increase. It could not be imagined without qualitative lessons. This meant that they would be meaningful, effective, and applied to new technologies. Students would be provided with the skills that finishing school, they would succeed in their lives. Not only students, but also teachers ICT skills and foreign language skills would be improved. The goal would be implemented - providing quality education for all children. As a result, a positive impact on both the students as recipients of education and the educational institution as a whole, as well as pedagogical staff. Teachers would be trained in the necessary competencies of the 21st century education, evolved both professionally and as a person. The project has broaden the horizons of teachers in different areas, they has become more open to international cooperation, got a greater understanding of the culture of other European countries. Sustainable impact on students. It would help them to integrate into the globalized, competitive, and complex environment where creativity, innovation, and the ability to continue their education is more important than the specific areas of knowledge. European co-operation is of great importance for both the school as an institution and teachers, and students. Thus, the winners are all community.
