The project involved 40 participants, 20 per flow accompanied by two teachers, two (2) weeks and the body receptors UVE in Germany and West Lothian College in England. The idea for the project entitled "Management Systems and Engine Systems EOBD & Car-O-Tronic Computer Measurement System" started from the need of the labor market which will render students competitive in the labor market Innovation and continuous development are essential In today's world of automotive technology. Only by continuous training and skills developed by modern educational programs can ensure keeping up with developments in technology. To program "Management Systems and Engine Systems EOBD & Car-O-Tronic Computer Measurement System" is aimed at technicians, who wish to enhance the understanding of engine management systems. The program has both practical and theoretical content covers the subject in depth. Participants will be trained regarding the understanding of the basic principles of electricity. During the theoretical training will explain the principles of operation of the various components that are required as part of the engine management system, including the signal input and output types, power supply and diagrams. The program allowed participants to develop the confidence and skills needed to undertake repairs on damage from moderate to serious accidents, using body alignment equipment. The benefits of the program focused on the following: . basic knowledge of engine management systems, . compliance with the operating principles of the various components that are required as part of the engine management system, . practical application of diagnostic procedures relating to the engine management, . effecting repairs on damage to the bodywork. As regards the impact of the project was done in student level , schools, participating organizations and the local community in order to stress the importance of lifelong learning as well as the importance of vocational education and training.
