DECROLY is trying to inspire the European consciousness of our students and staff promoting their training and opening their labour expectations, taking advantage of the European Community tools, such as the Erasmus+ program that propose a mobility project for students and teachers. Our project outlined six mobilities. Four for learners from "Technician in Administrative Management" and "Technician in Microcomputer Systems and Networks" for traineeship in companies in Ireland and Lithuanian respectively for 14 days. And two mobilities for staff training in the form of a a job shadowing/observation in Lithuania during five days. Nevertheless, the four students chosen belonged to the "Technician in Microcomputer Systems and Networks" and the country where the internship has done was Northern Ireland, although the staff acomplished the application. They did the mobility to Lithiania The project had three phases: 1.- Preparation phase 2.- Execution phase 3.- Impact phase The preparation phase contained : information, application and the objective selection of the candidates , taking into account the principles of Iguality and transparency criteria. As well , in this phase it was taking place the cultural and linguistic preparation of the country the learners were staying in . The logistic of the project was taking place in this phase too. The Execution phase was the period of the mobility for the learners and the staff. The Impact phase was the benefit of this project in our educative community which we pretended to be : closer and open mind to Europe. With a correct academic training and a correct linguistic competences, we avoided barriers to work abroad , we improved our international cooperation with companies and institutions. We got more professional opportunities. Through this project, the lingüístic competences improved considerably ( we are a bilingual school and this is a key important point in our institution), it adquired new competences in knowledge , proffesional capacities and abilities and skills to adapt a new environment cultural and proffesional. This impacted in our institution turning into a reference school as innovative and advance in new technologies and with internalisation character
