“ Should I stay or should I go” is a youth exchange between 19-27 october 2016 to be held in Busteni,Romania with 45 participants from 8 countries :Bulgaria,Greece,Italy,Latvia,Estonia,Spain Poland,Romania and includes 14 youngsters with fewer opportunities. The context is connected with youth passivity without information about new opportunities of mobility and advantages of be a volunteer. The aim of the project is to stimulate volunteering spirit ,active participation and mobility of European youngsters in order to increase the quality of youth projects. The objectives are : -to offer for 45 youngsters from 8 countries a common space to reflect on cultural diversity and on advantages offered by vomuteering,active participation and mobility -awareness on advantages of volunteering and develop by nonformal education new tools for stimulation -increase active participation of youngsters and promote active participation as alternative to passive way of life and unemployment -use of Erasmus + opportunities and practice exchange to develop mobility and finding new ways to expand youth cooperation Forseen activities are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits in Busteni and Prahova Valley region,,intercultural evenings and evenings thematic or at youngsters disposal.there will be 4 thematic workshops for presentations of reasearches and introduction of terminology,then a intermediary workshop to explain the method and a debate tournament with 8 teams that will play in 4 rounds and in the end will edit a brochure with conclusions. Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing. The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,workshops,visits,”world school debate “ competition Results of the project will be a brochure, a film with the final ,a blog and a final DVD.The disemination will be done by all participants through internet and social networks,informations in associations and also by partners in mass media,partnership,on line posting Impact of the project will be felt at the level of participants by develop of new competences,by a better understanding of cultural diversity and advantages of volunteering and active participation.At partners and local communities level the impact will be felt by presence of youngsters better trained and willing to solve the problems of communities and by getting new methodologic tools and new practices to stimulate volunteering and active participation Sustainabilty of project and partnership will be provided by communication between partners ,by a dissemination and exploitation planand by writing new applications together in frame of Erasmus +.
