In Varna there are three neighborhoods that are distant from one another, isolated from the social and cultural life. Children and young people from the Roma neighborhoods are not engaged in activities that can develop their skills, habits, creative thinking and teamwork, rather they are a victim of the street and its negative influences. There are no clubs, which can help them to build habits and skills. The ghettos children drop out of the educational system in verry young age, and verry often young people start families at an early age. Due to its low level of literacy they are at higher risk of unemployment and this can push them to use illegal mechanisms to sustain their families. This trend is due to a lack of workload and lack of will to change the attitudes of people of Roma origin. In the slums there are different rules and norms that have been created due to the isolation of neighborhoods from the city. The lack of local politics, working in this neighborhoods prevents non-governmental organizations to create sustainable mechanisms for inclusion and integration.           The "tent" is an innovative for the city and even more for the Roma neighborhoods. Its goal is to build a sustainable model for engaging children and young people of ethnic origin in activities related to non-formal education, to build their creative thinking, teamwork, creativity, technical and creative potential and change the world around them and mostly to build sustainable mechanisms for the return of children in the education system. With the implementation of the project will be created traveling workshops that will be in a tent, set up specifically for the project. By traveling workshops we will work well with children and young people and their parents, and will also aim at the local government and their envolment, by creating conditions for active children and youth participation. In the tent will be conducted lectures to motivate young people to change and active involvement in public life. Through the project "tent" we will draw attention to informal activities and to improve the skills and competences of young people and enhancing their active citizenship. Children and young people from the slums will be able to communicate with volunteers from other countries, and in this way to increase the interest in education. Travelers workshops will involve activities related to creative thinking, teamwork, communication, working with colors and natural materials. There will be two foreign volunteers invoved in the "tent", from Hungary and Italy . Theese volunteers are motivated young people who are willing to work in a multicultural environment and to work for the development of non-formal education among children and youth of Roma and Turkish origin. Besides foreign volunteers there will be Bulgarian young people who are part of the organization and work for the development of the organization and create sustainable mechanisms to promote creativity as a method of learning and development potential. Volunteers will participate in activities associated with thickening of the free time of children and youth in disadvantaged by formed traveling workshops in three Roma neighborhoods. Activities planned in the project are associated with the manufacture of prefabricated jewelry and knitting, making 3D cards and boxes, manufacture of articles of plaster and clay, manufacture of articles of wool, eco initiatives and others. In addition, volunteers will teach children English in order to assist them in the learning process. Another planned activity is a library of toys aimed at children and young people from the three Roma neighborhoods to play educational games that develop their creative, artistic and technical thinking. With the toys we can facilitate the study of mathematics, English and Bulgarian. For "angel tree" we will be making Christmas toys, whith which will be decorated several trees in the neighbourhoods. In the process will be used different art and craft techniques such as wet and dry plustene wool dry and warm embosin for making cards, sewing and others. These technologies are an important element in the activities that we have planned and are interesting for both children and adults. The project will contribute to the development of tolerance and understanding of differences, and it would melt the barriers that are placed in Roma ghettos and can give us the opportunity to work with a larger number of children and youth. The project "tent" will have an impact mostly on volunteers and Roma children, because they never had the opportunity to visit schools to educate and develop them selfs. With the implementation of the project will be created and enhanced the partnership between the sending and receiving organizations, which in the future will affect the number and quality of their future EVS projects.
