Sharing is the lifeblood of a lifestyle
Date du début: 1 mai 2015, Date de fin: 30 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The present project is based in Avis Lombardia, regional organism of the Italian blood donors; established in1972, Avis Lombardia coordinates and represents more than 650 offices on the territory and 257,974 blood donors. Avis Lombardia is an important sociocultural reference for local community ,non-profit organizations and public institutions. Promotion of voluntary, anonymous and responsible blood donation is the lifeblood of our mission, together with dome essential values for us as active citizenship, solidarity, health and care of one’s own health and of other’s health, as basis of responsible blood donations. within the association, gravitate many people from different socio-cultural contexts, of all ages and professions, united by a common heritage and social values. There is an important presence of young people in our association, particularly as blood donors but it is difficult to involve them in the management of our activities that require an important and voluntary community, as for the democratically elected head members of our association. Through this project, Avis aims to identify new instruments to develop an active and proactive voluntary youth. Our difficulty is not to find motivated young people ready to commit to our organization, but to propose initiatives that really interest them. For this reason we believe that the presence of highly motivated young European volunteers can constitute a boost to identify new tools and ways to find new young volunteers. In addition, we would like to increase the vocation of Avis to promote a culture of solidarity, blood donation, responsible and healthy lifestyles among young people, giving an international and multicultural dimension to our activities. For example, we will include many activities within theme of Expo 2015 ‘’ feed the planet ’’ as a membership of Expo. Within the activities outlined below we would like volunteers to enhance a role of liaison and active involvement of the associative network, because the international experience does not remain assets of the Milanese phases of the Expo project, management and administration of the questionnaire about lifestyle and alimentary habits that will be summit to a large sample of people, participation to promotional activities in all activities of communicative side: social channels, website, blog, YouTube channel, Siva web radio, web tv channel. The project stipulates that once the insertion phase in the organization, initiated the study period of the Italian language and completed the training more specific about the activities of the association, volunteers are placed in the working group that coordinates the various activity, so that they can actively participate in the different phases of ideational and operating the project. Activities will always be side by side with the staff of regional , the young volunteers of the region, the civic leaders involved. The participation and the gradual inclusion initiatives will take care to prepare them for different tasks and to integrate them fully into community life in which all the project is built and conducted. We expect mutual development of new skills and abilities, not only in terms of life skills but also personal and professional skills, in order to encourage a formal and non-formal education during the entire phase of the project. From a working method based on the involvement and listening might arise moments of confrontation and encounter high-impact growth and personal empowerment. Thanks to their commitment to the community will be involved in a project with a strong international exchange, expanding the possibilities of encounter and reflection on the common European culture. They will find plenty of events of promotion dissemination of the action of Erasmus+ in order to ensure a potential increase in the knowledge of the opportunities available to young people in the program and in particular by EVS.
