With this hosting of volunteers project, Auryn Youth Association wants to continue with the EVS experience began two years ago. We pretend is to interrelate organizations which work with youth people along different countries, and that this project will be useful to develop strategies of mutual comprenhension and respect towards the cultural and social differences we find in Europe. The main aim of this project, named LEARNING PLUS, is to promote the participation of youngsters in the different volunteer activities in the Auryn Asociation, stimulating the intercultural education from the non-formal education and the informal learning, encouraging at the same time solidarity and tolerance among young people, basically to reinforce the social cohesion in Europe. The project aims to promote cooperation and exchange of good practices among youth organizations at European level. Also aims to promote innovation, creativity and artistic and cultural entrepreneurship by supporting initiatives arising from the young and the implementation of the educational team activities and voluntary team of the association.The project will take place in Leon (Spain) and it expects to receive three volunteers coming from Italy, Romania and France, who will do their voluntary service in the Auryn Youth Association's different projects for children, teenagers and youngsters from the city of Leon. The methodology used will be active and participative, the learning process on the side of the volunteers will be favoured. will enhance the planning-action-reflection in the development of activities.This project SHARED LEARNING aims at promoting equity and inclusion by facilitating the access to young with disadvantaged backgrounds and fewer opportunities compared to their peers. In this project is going to participate two young with economic obstacles and geographical obstacles from rural area. Dissemination and exploitation of results will be one of the crucial areas of the project. It gives participating organisations in this project the opportunity to communicate and share outcomes and deliverables achieved by their project, thus extending the impact of such projects, improving their sustainability and justifying the European added value of Erasmus+. The dissemination and exploitation of results measures will be important in the project.The project will take place during 15 months and the volunteers will carry out the EVS throughout 10 months.
