The project "Shape Our Future in Europe" is the venture steamed from our previous good experiences and results conected to mobilities of the young people abroad, in frames of Erasmus + (mobilities for vocational learning). The better results of A-levels exams and vocational - qualifying exams our students, which have taken part at practice periods in Germany , Ireland and United Kingdom in last years, has motivated us to continue such a projects for the following groups. The most important aims of this project are: increase of competitivenes on the labour market, rise of professional competences, learning about operation in european institutions; increase of language skills, encourage the students to methodical learning and finishing school. The another aspect this projects focuses on interpersonal sphere the participiants. We`d like to shape the good attitude to foreign culture, people and customs. We teach tolerance, self - esteem and confidence in contacts with another residents in European countries. Our 2-years project includes 60-persons group. The one half goes to Germany, the next 30 participiants are going to United Kingdom. These are the students of 3. class the upper secondary school from profiles like: opencast mining, IT and economy. Every participiant has to attend the language - culture -, and pedagogical preparation before their travel. The participiants become all informations, that they need during mobilities, and the pocket - money. The co-ordinators will help in any case, if needed. For every group will be appointed the mentor, which will take care for participiants during beeing abroad. With every group will go the carer from Zespół Szkół w Strzegomiu. He will supervise the practice and help the students. During practice-periods every student works on special position and will fill dutes, which will be simmilar to his jobs position in the future. Our previous projects have proved, that such a activities have got a lot of good and long-term results. The projects participiants are the young people with the wide world view. They feal confident in some international society, have good language skills, they know and understand the foreign culture, traditions and customs. They know the duties connected with their job, have competences, which are impossible to achive in the practice period in Poland. The participiants get the Europass Mobility and Europass CV, what is the next advantege in the labour market. It is already proved, that the local bussinesmen and potenctial employers offer the job to our students, even before they finish our school. But first at all, they look for these, who had attendet the practice - periods in the foreign countries and finished it with good marks. We are certain, that this project, which is realized with biggest care, and is very precisely considered and better adapted to the needs of our students and institution, can bring even more good results, and let us shape the future ours graduates in present-days Europe.
