"Set your business now" was nine days international youth exchange project involving young people from Poland, Slovak Republic and Lithuania. Youth exchange activities took place 28.11-6.12.2015 in Murzasichle. In total, in the project were involved 42 participants, 14 per country. Topic of the project concerned the enterprise, opening new business, interpersonal relations. The aim of the exchange was to motivate young people to think creatively both during the job-seeking, as well as developing business plans of new initiatives.The project was implemented with the use of methods of non-formal education. The result of the project is to help find one's own career path, the road to success, self-development and the joy of personal and professional life. Common group activities, especially international evenings familiarized participants with other cultures, helped to share experience and create a network of contacts.
