Date du début: 1 oct. 2013, Date de fin: 31 mars 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The involvement in the European EURAXESS Services network is a new opportunity for the Republic of Moldova (RM); this follows the association of RM to the FP7. The Centre of International Projects (CIP) of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM) was nominated as EURAXESS BHO, we started to develop the basis for EURAXESS within the EURAXESS TOP II project, as of October 2012. Within this project CIP became familiar with requirements and rules of EURAXESS activities and services, created the specific domain: “euraxess.md”, in order to develop the National Portal and determined the target groups and relevant stakeholders.Within the EURAXESS starting grant (FP7-PEOPLE-2007-2013) CIP will set-up the EURAXESS Services Network in the Republic of Moldova. The project will create a viable national network with the aim of opening EURAXESS services to a broad range of stakeholders and to create a support platform for foreign scientists willing to work in Moldovan R&D organisations; further more CIP will assist researchers when going abroad for a longer or shorter period.During the project implementation period CIP will aim firstly at capacity building, and the set-up of the national EURAXESS Network. We intend to establish the required services and to further promote the Charter for Researchers & Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter & Code) principles. Besides R&D Institutions and SMEs, Public Authorities and International Services Providing Organizations will be involved in this activity. It is planned to set-up 3 EURAXESS Service Centres and up to 20 Local Contact Points within R&D and SME/Industry organisations. A “Guide for Foreign Researchers coming to Moldova” will be drafted; and we will support mechanisms for EU Charter & Code principles implementation at national level. Special attention will be paid to SMEs/industry to support them through EURAXESS activities. The development of a National Portal was initiated in the TOP II project as a beta-version, the portal will now be fully released, information will be completed and updated, and translation into two languages English and Romanian is also foreseen. Some technical upgrades need to be done in order to assure the quality of information offered by EURAXESS. Furthermore we intend to link our portal to other national R&D relevant portals.EURAXESS promotion will be organized by using different marketing tools such as: on-line promotion through Web-Pages and by linking it to other organisations and the use of social media; 2 types of training sessions (internal and external) will be offered and EURAXESS Moldova will be present at different scientific events; collaboration with media (paper and online) is planned and the wide dissemination of promotional materials in both languages.
