During the exchange participants will also learn how to effectively and use music as a tool of self-expression. During the exchange we will focus on the use of nonformal methods of education, which will help participants to make their own conclusions and learn by experience. In order to stir young people's imagination and creativity we will organize a competition in composing a song by using non-standart instruments - creating something out of nothing. Working in international environment will enable the participant to get to know other cultures. Due to organization of national evenings and working in international teams young people will be able to get familiar with traditions and customs of other nations participaiting in the project. It will help us in developing the attitudes of tolerance and mutual respect towards othe nations. Not only will participants have a chance to broaden their knowledge concerning other cultures, but also their own one, which will influence their sense of self-belonging and self-development. Intercultural dimension will also help in diminishing often exaggerated and untrue stereotypes concerning other cultures and in broader context will help in overcoming the problem of prejudices. The exchange will also help participants in developing/strengthening the sense of European beloning and common cultural heritage. We believe that due to experience gained during the exchange participants will set a good example and spread good practices in their local societies influencing positively social sensitivity.
