Project Title: Is There Anyone To Hear My Voice?Project Total Duration:12 monthsContext/Background of the Project:As being Şehit Koray Akoğuz Middle School, we are a young and idealistic school trying hard to make our voices heard. Unlike being seperate individually, the young generation who has a future, dreams and hopes that are the same, are in need of each other. We are trying to hear and make their voices heard. In the name of constructing a future with this idea, we once again feel that we need qualified generations and even a little, our project is to contribute to the objective of this idea. Nowadays, with the emergence of so many problems everywhere, the importance of a good start by providing a qualified education to all the children for a smart and sustainable growth is on the basis of the Europe 2020 strategy. Thinking our country and especially our region, We are in a region with a much greater rate of fertility than Europe. According to Eurostad 2013 data, Turkey is a country with a fertility rate of 2.08 which ranks first in Europe. Our city and neighbour provinces Muş, Bitlis, Hakkari have 3,47 birth rate. Bringing this potential to our country and Europe not as a burden but as a burden bearing position is in our hands with a good education. With this awareness, our main goal is to provide the local people receive a good education in our school who are unable to do it as a result of terror, multiculturalism, and natural disasters.With the aim of creating awareness in our school and our district, discovering new ideas and viewpoints and contributing to internationalization, our project which is to improve academic success of our school and reduce early school leaving has a great importance which can be considered a model for our school and neighbourhood as well. Especially to complete the deficiencies of our school and region and keep up with the European quality have great importance in the name of saving the lost generations in our country.While this project being prepared, in accordance with these aims, an analysis has been made to determine the needs of the institution, staff, and students ; statistical information has been gathered and the current situation has been demonstrated. The project has been created according to these information and the main activities has been determined. With these activities, within the scope of school education staff mobility, 6 of our staff will be involved in 4 different course activity which are Reducing early school leaving, School management, ICT and new methods and techniques in education. Our personnel have several years experience in their profession, but are young and idealistic, motivated, open to new methods and techniques and they are individuals who want to improve themselves and change the environment most important of all.As a result of this project, it is expected to the reduce early school dropouts in our school, increase academic success of the students, identify and take measures for the group of students in risk. Increased staff competencies will remove barriers to institutionalization and a good quality of Education and at last it will will make us a more competent institution.To make the obtained results of the project effective, Visual-auditory- social media will be conducted and the schools and the institutions in the neighbourhood will be involved in the project. While developing the strategy and policy to ensure the administrator position of institutions benefit from the results of the project have great importance. in terms of the dissemination of the impact.
