The project SERENA insists on the MDL and the existing network of SPI to strengthen the attractiveness of the large number of jobs in the boating sector and its supply chain. The project involves the whole cooperation area (Liguria, 2 provinces Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica). The project aims to improve and qualify the cooperation between border areas in terms of accessibility and enhancement of the MDL, specifically in the marine industry and its supply chain by strengthening the network of SPI and the creation of training standards can be spent in the space of cooperation . The project involves staff working in the SPI beneficiaries of such instruments, or indirect impact on target firms, the unemployed, local stakeholders and all public and private entities for various reasons related to the nautical MdL and its supply chain as potential beneficiaries of services provided through networking products. The project is divided into 3 phases and 3 technical and operational phases cross. The activities in Phase 1 are aimed at development of joint detection, analysis and mapping of professional needs in the boating sector and its supply chain, in phase 2 the main actions are aimed at the implementation of both instruments for matching network between supply and demand working in the joint marine training standards. In the phase 3 trial is expected to emerge from the project integrating the tools into the educational ESF of the territories involved and organizing activities such as paths of discovery of the nautical profession and its supply chain, traveling forum for the presentation of the tools and network the provision of business matching performed with the instrument made in the partnership, the phase 4 is devoted to communication, entertainment and dissemination of ongoing and ex post, steps 5 and 6 include coordination and administrative management and monitoring and evaluation of the project. Expected Results:  Maximizing the results of the project and the effectiveness / efficiency of the arrangements for networking among those partners;  Increased effectiveness and timeliness in detecting and responding to the needs emerging from the professional economic fabric;  Improving the ability of SPI to matching supply and demand work in relation to a wider MdL and network tools;  Increase the opportunities for boating and usability of the professions and industry recognition of their qualifications in the area of ​​cooperation;  Maximise the level of attractiveness of the sector and the marine industry as a large number of jobs for large numbers of people;  Maximizing impact of actions and results of the project and broader knowledge of job opportunities related to the marine industry and supply chain;  Optimization of the matching operations in boating and more extensive network of SPI users of the tools of cooperation in space.
