The children with CP take the first step from the desperation to education thanks to this method. In this process, there is a need for the qualified personnel that have knowledge of various methods and technique, dominate the features of suit therapy such as preparation, stand and proper positioning to eliminate the lack of education of the children. Our project has been designed to meet the need for the qualified special education personnel demanded always even in the big cities, to improve the quality of the special education service in Eastern and South-Eastern Anatolia regions, to support the development of our students and teachers and to raise awareness towards the wrong attitude and insufficiencies in the education of the children with cerebral palsy. A total of 40 female students, ten of them are disadvantageous because of the reasons such physical, financial, social and terrorism, will participate in traineeship in special education centers Kindertagesstätte Lummerland in Germany, De Spinaker in Netherlands, Grădinița cu P.P. nr. 18 in Romania and Modry Klic o.p.s in Czech Republic respectively for their professional and personal development. Our participants will be supported at all stages from accommodation to training by 4 accompanying teachers and the mobility will be carried out with 4 flows. The project management will be transparently carried out by a team with responsibility and cooperation not by one or two persons, and the project results will be shared. Therefore, the project management plan has already been prepared by determining the activities, responsible persons and meeting times. All these works will be carried out within this plan and the activities will precisely be carried out with an effective management and cross check method by two of our teachers. At the end of the project; -The participants will be ready to serve in the special education sector by improving their knowledge and skills of profession, foreign language and suit therapy method. The successful vocational and educational practices will be transferred by the accompanying teachers to our country. -Our institution will enhance the vocational training quality, management skills and personnel qualifications. -The cooperation and sustainable sharing in the future between the European host partners and special educational institutions will pave the way for new acquisitions. In addition, tolerance will develop towards the people from different religions and cultures.
