The training project "Feel Europe", integrates Erasmus + in Key Action 1 : Mobility for learning : Staff Mobility - School Education. It was elaborated by the School cluster Professor Paula Nogueira in Olhão, Algarve. Being a TEIP3 school cluster, it lacks a wide range of improvements in quality and educational achievement of students, school drop out, absenteeism and indiscipline of the students , ack of correlation School-Family - Community and finally Management and Organization . In view of the above, this project has the main objective to : - Enhance the European dimension of identity of a community ; - Improve the organization of teaching and learning ; - Implement an approach to new teaching methods and new tools ; -Reinforce language skills for staff elements ( language teachers not included ) ; -Facilitate the creation of Alternative Curriculum courses ( PCA ) / Vocational Courses (CV) in the school cluster ; -Strengthen management skills . For this reason , were chosen the thematic areas of intervention necessary for the development of the project , totaling 14 mobility with trainees mostly do not present experience in projects of European nature ( Training and Coordination of Multilateral Partnerships ) . The main project activities are going to be developed with five different courses : -Management and best practices in education in order to improve school management group; -Languages, using new technologies in communication skills in order to motivate the teaching of foreign languages; -Arts , by the use of new materials intervention in art projects outside the classroom , as well as existing cultural heritages between West / East and its artistic manifestations . -Special education and best practices in education in order to improve school management group; After the completion of the training activity , we expect the impact : -From the creation of dynamic development and awareness of the impact of new means and methods in teaching and learning / teaching practices change , building up linkages and networks of professionals in the fields of languages and arts ; -Statement of the School as a reference in education and training and the European Dimension; -Formal applications for projects of European nature ; -A new approach to teaching methods and new tools ; -Use of ICT in the construction of learning ; -Enrichment of intercultural relations. All will provide all the staff and pupils of the school cluster with a better identity / European communication and as a consequence , a general improvement of the results of TEIP3 Intervention Plan .
