Lead a participative approach as part of European network ? During this seminar professionals of youth from different cities, with the various profiles, is train at the position of participative monitor. This seminar is the occasion to create synerges betwenn the worlds of formal, non formal and formations. The workers youth exchange at the time of the seminar, the youths projects carried out on their territory and answer the questions of the other participants. (Participation of the young people, approach, tool, question legal, lawful, ethical, religious, political…) These exchanges of projects benefits at all. One sets out again with the projects which interest us. This seminar allow to opens the network and its members at Europe and is the first stage to opening RPJA at an European dimension. His seminar allows the personal development of the participants, their rise in competences on key concepts (network, partnership, coordination.) and thus improves their employability. It opens the network and its members with Europe, at the same time in a dimension project but also on european logic. His long-term objective engage already by the awakening of what already exists, in term of potentialities.
