Youth (15-29) level of enterprise in Lithuania and Poland is different from European Union average. According to Eurostat data in 2013 in Lithuania self-employed of young people accounted for only about 2,1 percent of all youth (15-29) (in 2009 about 1,6 percent), and in Poland – 3,3 percent (in 2009 about 3,6 percent), while the EU-27, this rate in 2013 was 2.9 per cent (in 2009 about 3,0 percent). These indicators show that the situation in Lithuania is getting better, but it still needs to be stimulated, but situation in Poland is reversed – is getting worse. Currently, applied educational system in Lithuania is not enough focus on youth enterprise education and it does not get better results self-employed of youth. Meanwhile in Poland, decreasing self-employed of youth indicators show that in Poland is decreasing attention in promotion of area of youth self-employed. Project Self employed (further – “Self-E”) is oriented to youth, especially to school age youth, oriented explore business and youth enterprise skills educated. Enterprice education at an early stage to encourage young people to be more enterprise in later stages of life. During the project Self-E will be mobilized expert group (8 persons), working with youth and business organizations. This expert group will be mobilized from the representatives of the project partners, which prepare a methodology how to work with school age youth (14-19) in informal education programs. For the methodology to be operational and effective, is planned perform additional studies of youth entrepreneurship skills in Marijampole county and Suwalki Province, which formed on the base of the methodological proposals. Then will be prepare of the methodology, would be organized youth (14-19) camp in Lithuania. During the camp will be organized youth from Poland (50 students) and from Lithuania (50 students), will be covered by the methodology tools. Considering to the results and methodology of the impact, the methodology will be adjusted and the re-tested, but after in a longer period. It is expected that the next phase will involve testing methodology for a full academic year (9 months) and it will be implement in Lithuania (attended by 10 students) and Poland (attended by 10 students). Expert group will have a meeting with students adjusting methodology by its influence during the application of the methodology. There will be researches how youth (14-19) effect enterprise skills before and after methodology testing. At the same time these researches will let to discover if methodology contributes same project aims- increase youth enterprise skills as well as reduce youth unemployment and their enterprise or self-employment opportunities. During the project, there will be prepared methodology in Lithuanian, Polish and English lets all organizations interested in enterprise education publicly and free of charge achieve these researches. According measures of methodology „Sveikatingumo idėjos“ continuously will cooperate will pupils in Marijampole. Partners and their employees, participants (youth of 14-19) and target group (youth of 14-19) will feel "Self-E" direct influence. The expected influence of the partners involved in the project and their employees - experience working with pupils, youth entrepreneurship skills of the existing understanding of entrepreneurship promotion techniques theoretical and practical applications experience, prospective students / student skills. The expected influence of the project participants (young people) - a major influence - or entrepreneurial skills improvement and the desire to be self-employed. In addition, there will be felt the positive side effect - foreign cultures and language experience, familiarity with post-school education opportunities, consultation with businesses and various profiles and professions. It is expected that in the future the methodology will allow to reduce youth unemployment, increase the level of entrepreneurship, self-employed and economically active youth of the national and regional levels.
