The 1st Second Chance School (SDE) of Trikala is multicultural and there are daily problems which result from different values and attitudes. We feel the need to broaden our horizontal knowledges and become developed through the participation of the canditate's interculturalism in this European Programme.The creation of a Working Team at SDE which will obtain the appropriate experiences, capacities and adeptnesses, not only on administrative level but also on recognition level of mobility needs, because it is of a strategic intetion of SDE the occupation in National and European Programmes where an extensive knowledge is required.The obtained knowledge from the Group will pass on in local level, both in SDE trainers and in other school groups where participants will be assigned during their working lifetime.In this project will take apart 10 adult trainers/educators with experience in the field with both administrative and educational levels, wich also contain the following traits:- Familarity and use of Computing both in personal and educational usage.- At least the good knowledge of English language.- The elementary existence of cooperation and team work.- The non-participation as beneficiary in an European Programme.- The sex (participants of both sexes).The course will last 40 hours and will take place in 12 days in Italy at the facilities which the host organization has (in person).The trainers of this course will be certified specialized in adult education, modern educational methods and mobility. The training program focuses on media literacy in the field of mobile photography and audio-visual production, digital storytelling and project management. Divided into smaller groups, participants will produce a short film clip by using mobile technology (smartphones / tablets), including: Online Collaboration Platforms, Photography, Photo editing, Video recording, Video editing, Audio recording, Audio editing, Publishing, Promotion, Project management.The participation of adult trainers at this recommended project will have as a primary effect the comprehension of the role of the modern adult trainers but also the position of trainee/student to the multiform educational environment. The participants will come from all literacies (Computing, Mathematics, Linguistics, etc) so that the impact and diffusion of project results to become visible throughout the educational spectrum of SDE. The adult trainers through the training they will have received, they will be able to implement in practice the modern teaching methods and assessing the needs for trainers/students under mobility. The results of these will be to provide education to teachers of our school, as much as possible, the most modern and according to proper and actual purpose of our school, placing the trainer/student, his/her needs and interests in the center of educational process. The 1st SDE of Trikala will create desirable group so as, to be competitive in todays cooperation standards through National and European Actions, experiences and abilities that can be used by Administrative which is INEDIVIM. The trainees/studensts of SDE and the students under mobility will be accepted of a more specific and personalized teaching as the qualification and evaluation of their needs will be done in a rational way. The cooperation which will be developed among the participants of this action will give them the ability to exchange ideas, experiences, practices and methods used in educational procedure. The different approach and alternative perspectives that co-workers from different countries have, opens an inter cultural window of important abilities to broaden our horizons. The core of any educational collaboration lies in examination of awareness concerning the diversity of European policy, social and economic scene, as well as improving the understanding of various issues of common interest. These points constitute long-term benefits for future cooperation of the school unit.
