The United Nations International Drug Control Programme-UNDCP estimates that there are 180 million drug addicts in the world and this number is increasing every day. Our project is determined as a co-decision of health care industry representatives and consortium partners. Health personnel who deal out the field of addiction treatment have more chance to find job in our country on condition that being well trained.Our target is to increase quality and standards in the medical staff treating patients addicted. In this way, the effects of our projects will be observed in the reduction of missing workforce to professional competence of health personnel to provide services in addiction treatment. It is planned to increase sufficiency of socio-cultural and professional competence in participants living in priority areas in the development of our country with the support of our project. The modernization of schools provide training for medical professional by supporting each other, renovating and developing educational programs and curricula will open many doors in the enhancement of the capacity issue. Our project is loaded with applications that include messages encouraging the target audience about the advantages of learning foreign languages by force of European Strategy. It will be adopted to our youth that foreign language is the most important key for employment in the labor market in Turkey, in Europe and in the world. The perspective on life in the Europe, European identity, European culture and the idea of Europeanism will change with the help of our project’s activities. In fact, the most important of these will be the adoption of the European Instrument for Democracy awareness and adaptation to our philosophy of life. In this case, it will be adopted to our beneficiaries that our region or country is not only place to find a job or obtain a work placement. In addition, the necessity of tendency to higher education will be highlighted. Our beneficiaries will have practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of addiction care with internship training. They will have a range of cognitive and practical skills to find solutions for specific problems in this branch; beside this they will use self-management in treatment services. Our project’ activities and outcomes involve the process which has wide-reaching effects on labor market and citizens. The most obvious and clear thing in the evaluation of our project is that our students can find a job in the health labor market after graduation. After that completing the preparatory process with foreign language courses, vocational and cultural motivation courses and seminar on struggle with Addiction; practical training will be in the mobility process abroad. Project training, certification processes and outcomes, all of the activities and results will be taken is for the 2020 European Strategy targets associated with being adapting for internal and external Standard for the European Quality Assurance. On the other hand, professional development of our beneficiaries will be assessed on the European Vocational Qualifications Framework. The visibility of our project outcomes will be provided by our studies about promotion and dissemination. Methods and tools like building posters, flyers, presentations made electronically, website designed for our project, videos and photos showing the studies of the participants; magazine, building bulletin boards and local newspaper reports containing information about processes; telephone informing, school official website, e-mails will be used in our promotion and dissemination activities.Our participants are the students in vocational and technical Anatolian high school in Merzifon, Amasya, Suluova, Gümüşhacıköy connected with the Ministry of National Education. Our students live in priority areas about development deprived of financial possibilities in general terms.They are between 14 and 17 years old and many of them still could not find opportunity to travel even to another city. We aim to strengthen the ties between schools and our youth; and bring innovation to their monotone lives. Our project will include 100 participants, including 25 participants from each consortium partner. Accordingly, each of 4 consortium partners will accept 25 participants. We have determined the name for our project which directly support the campaign the Ministry of National Education and Green Crescent carry out; it is ‘our choice to live without addiction’.It is planned the completion of all project’s processes is within 12 months, between the dates 5.9.2016 and 4.9.2017. The mobility planned to practice within our partners in Germany,Czech Republic, Lithuania and Latvia consists of 30 days between 29.04.2017 and 28.05.2017.
