Selective mutism is a disorder that usually manifests itself in childhood. Children with this condition, though they speak their home environment or in an environment they feel safe; outside, they do not talk next to strangers and at school, or even they feel themselves insecure in this environment. The majority of students in our school are growing up in family having inadequate financial stuation. Depending on the families of low socio-cultural level, the incidence of psychological and social disorders in children is increasing. Students in our school are observed that similar disturbances. This situation reduces the quality of our education and training system is open deep wounds in our country. Although previously we have not taken part in the Erasmus + project, thanks to our young and dynamic management that served as a school year, our school has become open to innovation and school improvement. Thanks to the enthusiastic, hard-working, through our teaching staff, we want to perform 3 mobility which consists of team with 7 person in Italy, Czech Republic and Poland. To prevent the disruption of education and training, we will perform two workflow in our semester break. Thanks to our mobility, by gaining experience and knowledge about methods to students who approach selective mutism disorder, applying new methods in our school, we want to include all of our students in the learning process. All teachers in our school will participate in the same flow, and we will determine the destination country by the lot. Through conducting monthly meeting with our project partners, we will create our flow curriculum and we will sign a contract to guarantee the quality of our education. We will set up a group undertaking executing of project and to set up a sub-team in order to make division of responsibility. The team which is responsible for organization of passports, visas, insurance, air tickets, accommodation, finance, language training will fulfill its responsibilities on time. With weekly meeting, work of teams will be checked and use of budget will be planned. In the report preparing by the company of Pearson education, according to education ranking of 40 countries which include Turkey, Poland ranks 10th and Czech Republic ranks 19th. However, Turkey is included in this ranking 34th. The key raising our children who are the future of our country as useful individuals is in our hands. We recognize that it will come true with sense of quality education. Success in every area of our country will take place with our children sitting in our desk. Doing everything we can for our students means that building our country and our future with the successful foundations. Due to the flows holding in Italy Czech Republic and Poland, our teacher will learn how to approach students having selective mutism, abstaining from asking question, feeling uncomfortable in the class, feeling uncomfortable with their concerns. They will begin to work for the realization of this new methods in our school. The students not participating in course will be ensured to attend, so quality of our education will be increased. Students will see themselves successful. Their self-belief and self-confidence will be increased. Thanks to that, we will preclude to the school dropouts which is usually observed in students with these disorders. Because of popularizing our project, making announcements and advertisements, with the participation of teachers of the other school in our district, there will be seminars and meetings with Ankara Provincial and District Ministry of Education and news about project by using the web and social media will be held. Brochures describing the project process and output will be prepared. At the same time, we will get in contact with media organization to request them to make our project as news.
