Scientific_Mind in Europe

The purpose of this project was to educate students in the skills of critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, scientific thinking and using technology.Activities with pupils were organized in two topics: 1st year - Plants and Animals; 2nd year - The Four Elements-Earth, Fire, Air, Water.During the project we developed two parts: a part focused on students (science activities, mobilities from own school to another partner school in order to share activities and experiences) and another focused on teachers (to compare school systems and science curriculum, effective and scientific methods and evaluation systems, to exchange didactic experiences, strategies for the teaching of science, to try to elaborate a shared methods of Science teaching including activities of direct experimentation). Via e-Twinning we were able to share information, experience, lesson plans, photos and photos of activities in every school.The project offered an opportunity to improve language skills by using the CLIL approach in some laboratory experiments.
