Learning mobilities to be undertaken as part of the project " Schools all over the world are making music!" of special schoolPater-Damian-Förderschule are aimed at the further development of the school, based on the findingsof external evaluation, and intended to improve the skills and motivation of teachers.1 participant will take part in one postgraduate training course selected by himselve in the fields of arts education in another European country. The theme is consistent with the objectives of school development.Thanks to the exchange with instructors and colleagues from abroad, participants should come back home with new methods,insights and ideas, which are then to be tested, evaluated and spreaded together with the school staff.The new knowledge, the experiences made and the exchange with European colleagues should motivate and have a positiveimpact on learning outcomes and motivation of students.The willingness to round off ones skills as an individual within the framework of Erasmus + in other countries, to learn from eachother and then share the results could be an important first step on the way to a yet to be defined partnership with other Europeaninstitutions in the interest of school development.
