At our school and in its environment we find a very special situation witch requires rethinking of all teachers and the other educational employees, to create suitable learning prerequisites for our students and finally to enrich school life for all persons who are involved. Nine colleagues from our school agree to initiate the needful new line by their participation with the project. Thus they enable to take the new line for all other colleagues as well. Most of the participating colleagues already worked in other international projects (Comenius) and so they can bring their know-how and their experiences in the project. These colleagues are teachers for English, physical education and ethics as well as four additional educational employees. The goals we pursue with our participation in the project are:1.) To get new methodological suggestions and approaches in terms of the conception of school by Job Shadowing. 2.) To pave the way for rethinking by a diversely international exchange. 3.) To support open-mindeness towards innovative. (taking the examples we will get to know trough the exchange and by the immediately contact with educationalists, who embarking innovative lines as well. We also aim to take trust and courage and to receive answers to our questions.)4.) To improve our own language skills as the general basis of a successful foreign language teaching. 5.) To introduce our students and their families to give them a more international focus by international exchange as a good example. 6.) To enhance successful crossings of our children. (nursery school-primary school and primary school-secondary school)7.) To improve the methodical expertise of our teachers, especially modern instructional methods. 8.) To take full acount of the holistic nature of learning and teaching processes, of the attention of individual several potentials of students and educators as well as a sophisticated recognition of persons (student, parents, educators) with their demands. During the project we will cultivate and extend our international contacs for instance via Skype, E-Mails or Facebook. Furthermore we aim to build up additional school partnerships (language partnerships). In regular speciall team meetings we will present and debate our new knowledge and experiences, to deduce innovative principles for the work at our school. Even at our school homepage we will publish our achievements.
