Schengen Land with Competencies Competence Structure and Schengen Norms in the Development of the Training of Border Police in Romania (ScheLC)

This project aims at promoting the Schengen accession for Romania within the EU membership by delivering over best Hungarian practices concerning the border traffic control, border protection on the external borders of the EU with regard to the development of the border police employees' competencies and the exploitation of its further potentiality.The general objective of the project is joint development of border police and police educational and training models. The target groups for the competency measuring are the permanent staff of the border guards in Romania and also, the students at SPAPFO (approx. 100-140 persons).The main specific activities of the project are competence measuring, E-learning systemAmong project results: 1 joint curriculum development, 30 regular meetings between the schools for the development of border police training
