The importance of providing a good and sufficent training for the students of nursing and emergency medical technician which is the primary element of the education has increased its significance. It has also been a must for the candidates of nursing and emergency medical technicians to realize their work place, being updated in their field and get benefit from these information for a quality education.Therefore, the students have failures of practising their trainings not only in our school but also in the workplaces of intern because of technical lacks.However; to perform the profession of nursing you do not only need the theoretical knowledge but also you need to gain the practise skills as well. Because of this, our participants have a need of applied trainings in their field which also has a developed technical opportunities. Via our project to increase the care quality in health system we aim our participants who study in the field of nursing and emergency medical technician to see the standarts applied in European methods and the equipments used in the workplace or schools so to gain practising skills and developing themselves to use these information in our country,improve their language and cultural skills and meeting the need of intermediate qualified staff in healthcare field,increasing their employability level, providing them vocational rehabilitation,forming working discipline and team spirit, adopting them working methodically and organized by confidence. Besides we aim to form awaraness to European Union Projects and to the EU morals with acculturation.For our particiapnts' vocational development of those study in the department of emergency medical technician, we aim them to enlarge their knowledge of Europe’s health system and learn, sudy and practice their knowledge of the emergency health service systems,emergency services and practices provided for the patients who are in observation rooms.Besides,we aim our participants who study at nursing department to examine European exercises in disabled caring system.We planned our Project mobility in two flows;The first mobility of our Project is going to take place between November 13th 2016-November 27th 2016 at the host institution named "Střední zdravotnická škola" Vocational high school of health in Prag/Czech Republic according to the theoretical and practical workshop plan on the issues of emergency services and first aid with the participation of 10 students studying emergency medical technician at 11th and 12th grades at our school and 1 companion.The second mobility of our Project is going to take place between February 5th 2017-February 19th 2017 at the host institution named "Islamische Fachschule für Soziale Bildung"in Vienna/Austria according to the theoretical and practical workshop plan on the issues of disabled patient care and examples of practices of with the participation of 10 students studying Nursing at 11th and 12th grades at our school and 1 companion.During our Project activities we are going to follow a way which is easy to implement and practical besides perspicuous and documentor.Our project is going to develop new job opportunities and employability to the participants in their fields with the help of experiences that they gain. It is going to encourage the enterpreneurship in the field of education and support the learning and career targets integrated with vocational and self development. With the help of their training period and the documents, the participants’ qualifications will be recognised. They are going to get the chance of education focused on language development and Information and Communication Technologies. It is going to create an opportunity for the participants to transfer their attainment to other individuals in the same kind of vocational institutions by sharing vocational interactions and good applications. In the long term, it is expected that the quality and the awareness of the actors in vocational education becomes higher, the interest to the EU projects and use of them get increased, and contribute to our country to reach her Europe 2020 targets.
