S.H.O.W. (support and help for oppressed women) Respect! - A training course aiming to raise awareness regarding violence against women. Background:The training course is inspired by the "Violence against women: an EU-wide survey - Results at a glance", done by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in 2014:"Violence against women, which encompasses crimes that disproportionately impact on women such as sexual assault, rape and ‘domestic violence’, is a violation of women’s fundamental rights with respect to dignity, equality and access to justice. Its impact stretches beyond those women who are themselves victims of violence, since it affects families, friends and society as a whole. They call for a critical look at how society and the state respond to this abuse."Objectives:1.
