The objective is to increase expertise in Russia and Russian trade among companies and business life in South Savo and Southeast Finland and to develop the prerequisites for co-operation with the St Petersburg and Leningrad area. The objective is to develop Russia expertise and Russian trade so that they are more wide-ranging and to discover the sectors on the basis of which growth in Russian trade in the future can be built. The project will support profitable growth in and diversification of customers business activity, safeguard existing jobs and create new ones. The project will produce training, coaching and research services. The operators will arrange general and sector-specific tailored coaching and training for companies according to what phase of Russian trade the companies are at. Information events and flashes on topical issues will also be arranged. The proportion of virtual instruction in the training will also be raised.
