Education, training and research services are created by the project. The research services produce continuous information on Russian trade. The target group of the project are companies in South Savo and South-East Finland and their personnel, public actors and civic organizations, commercial and industrial life and organizations supporting commercial and industrial life in the above- mentioned target area.The aim is to increase the Russia and Russian trade experience of the companies and commercial and industrial life in South-Savo and South-East Finland as well as to develop conditions for co-operation with St. Petersburg and Leningrad oblast.
