The project titled "Rural NetWork" will take place in the city of Fundão in Donas between 10 and 17 August 2016. This project consists of the combination of entrepreneurial spirit with rurality and its tourism. Our goal is to create solutions, the initiative and promote a more active role in society. We are looking for a local, national and international impact. We want to promote a multicultural society by improving local, financially and socially, through the use of tourism products, events, business ideas. We intend to make an impact on a personal level, giving them the tools to increase their employment opportunities, while touting their own cities and make them active and alive, being actively cooperative to their community.Our partner organizations are from Spain, Croatia Lithuania, Italy and Poland. Each country will have four participants, plus a team leader, aged 18 and 30 years of age, with a total of 25 participants.Our project is divided into a beginning, a development and an end, involving non-formal education methodologies.Non-Formal Education, will be brought to light on the purpose of education and personal development, linking the problem of youth unemployment. The impact of the project, thought to be achieved by creating a set informal guidance, to realize how social networks can be important for the search and active job creation and also combat rural exodus, contained in a brochure to be followed by young people to prevent and create a study prepared for the exchange with the help of all participants with a Video - CV each rural partner or rural areas near its area of ​​intervention, participants using ICT as an indispensable tool to fight unemployment while serving to promote inclusion in the labor market. These end products are to contribute to the search for solutions on the concept of entrepreneurship, both in the medium and long term and will be distributed in each place of origin by participants as a resource for the dissemination of results, in particular, and Erasmus + .During the time participants stay here, they will experience a multicultural experience, being in contact with people from other countries, participants and Erasmus of our university, and also natives of Portugal. There will be a series of activities that will give them the opportunity to have a good time, not only focusing on project work, but also have the opportunity to learn more about the city they are in, Fundao - Donas.Project results will be analyzed and shared with the partner community and our environment meetings, social media, and local.To conclude, we believe that this type of learning initiatives, governed by non-formal education, are ideal additions for youth. It is hoped that young people acquire essential skills and simultaneously contribute to their personal development, social integration and active citizenship, thereby improving their employment prospects.
