Active People Association was established 10 years ago and main statutory activities are: promoting active and safe lifestyle among young people, developing their interests and passions, supporting vocational, promoting of entrepreneurship and the European Union. From the same beginning, through our activities, we wanted to show young people alternative ways of spending free time and give them the ability to integrate and exchange their experience. Organisation consists of young people who want to share their knowledge and support people from local communities. During many activities we have found that young people can offer a lot, not only young people but also adults and and in this direction the organization conducts its new activities. The aim of the project was to increase the SLA offer in terms of subjects and improve the quality of training that are tailored to the requirements of the participants (including adults) and enlargement of the offer by adding mentoring and counseling. In addition, there was a big emphasis on lifelong learning and upgrading of skills, competencies and qualifications of adults. Through participation in the project, the participants increased their mobility expertise, expanded knowledge and improved their chances on the labor market. With additional meetings after mobilities, their knowledge was transfered to those who actively participate in the activities of the organization and representatives of other cooperating entities (trainers, educators and volunteers took part in meetings). By increasing knowledge and skills in the field of Internet marketing, the organization will take more effective actions on the Internet when promoting new projects and activities. One of the most important aspects was development of trainers and their skills and qualifications, and thereby improving the quality of training, workshops and other activities carried out by the SLA. Skillful adaptation of training methods to groups of participants, flexibility, creativity, engaging participants and active listening are skills that were especially developed. In addition, one of the objectives of the project was to establish a close cooperation with organizations from European countries with a similar range of activities as SLA and implementation of joint projects. Direct participants of the project were members of the SLA who actively participate in the activities of the organization, conduct training and workshops, support and organize initiatives. In the mobilities participated 4 people, 2 of them as more experienced trainers, whose main aim was the acquisition of new knowledge, which is the basis for the introduction of new training and consulting and mentoring into the offer and skills training for varied groups, and two, that wanted especially to increase their skills as trainers, especially adults (focusing on methods of work as the trainer). Within the project, 5 mobilities were organised and 2 participants from SLA took part in each of them. In addition, the beneficiaries of the project are also members of other organizations, partners and beneficiaries of the training courses offered by the SLA. We shared the acquired knowledge with other educators, trainers, volunteers and partner NGOs. The knowledge and experience gained during the mobility allowed to verify the current strategy of the organization and begin work on a new, long-term strategy. Training have been chosen to complement the existing gaps and provide a new, innovative approach to training topics. Acquired competences allowed to update the training offer and the range of activities with new technical aspects and allowed the organization to get knowledge about the tools that will help to develop in the Internet. New knowledge and experience in mentoring and counseling allowed to add both to SLA offer to support people who are considering their career path, need support and help of professionals. Thanks to mobilities, participants increased their competences and improved their skills as trainers. In addition, they have gained knowledge and experience about mentoring and counseling, which has an additional effect on their career. During the training, participants learned to provide training for a variety of audiences, how to create and work in a team, how to communicate effectively, how to motivate themselves and others to work together in international groups - these are the basic skills that will be useful in their daily work. Also knowledge about internet marketing raised their qualifications and increased opportunities for professional development.
