The aim of the project is to develop and implement a coherent and complementary set of organizational, educational and advisory impacts aimed at increasing importance of vocational schools and vocational education through the promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment of young people, as a basis for achievement of economic success and professional development. They concern innovative training activities, advisory services, analytical research, information technology, aiming to make optimum use of vocational schools and their environment (network support) in the realization of the idea of self-realization of young people and flexible finding on the changing labor market.The project is implemented in the context of observable in different countries limits of the development of vocational education , which as a result of progressive changes in the cultural, social, demographic and economic fields is confronted with the opinion of the selection of a second , lesser category. The project highlights the importance of interventions in these areas, which can be expected to improve the situation. The idea of developing vocational schools / vocational training centers as local initiators support youth entrepreneurship is part of such a strategy. However, at the same time, entrepreneurship seen in a wider perspective than economic, that is, a set of characteristics that describe specifically human behavior, associated with the activity, the willingness to take risks, the ability to adapt to changing conditions, perceptions of opportunities and their exploitation and innovation and motility. Entrepreneurship is the ability to consciously and responsibly forming its own development, based on the use of their own predispositions and resources.The project has promoted conviction that the economic success is the (expected) result of properly implemented self-development. An enterprising young people are able to some extent become independent of thinking in terms of economic security.The project participants will be students of vocational schools (a total of 90 people from Poland, Italy and Germany) and teachers / experts in vocational education (30 people also from Poland, Italy and Germany). The project provides for three main lines of action: (1) develop of educational activities, allowing for the transfer and consolidation of entrepreneurial attitudes among young people, seek opportunities to integrate the training program in the processes of institutional (formal) training based on the unique environmental resources organizations (2) Support for the project by providing analysis and case studies enabling comparisons between the situation of young people in different countries and take account of existing different (cultural, legal and organizational, social, economic) in the planning of activities targeted to students, (3) develop and implement a formula advisory support for young people, based on the assumptions of educational and social coaching. ) develop and implement a formula advisory support for young people, based on the assumptions of coaching education and social support process of discovering your passionsobjectives, resources and skills to use them.The main results of the project will be the results of intellectual work: "Program of Entrepreneurship for students of vocational schools", "Coaching model for youth which chose vocational education" and the report "Students of vocational schools in the adult world: the challenges of the labor market and the possibility of promoting youth activity".Another result is organization of the training for teachers / experts in the field of vocational training (entrepreneurship and coaching and implementation to work in vocational education) and the organization of international workshops for vocational students. During the three International Entrepreneurship and Vocational Education Days project results will be disseminated.The direct impact of the project concerns the increasing interest in the problems of vocational education, methods of integration activities aimed at strengthening and development of entrepreneurship of young people in the learning processes of the institution of vocational education and training.
