The submitted project focuses on the realization of a short, two weeks professional internship, which is going to be participated by ten students of the study program Operation and Economics of Transport on the secondary Technical school of Transport in Bratislava. The internship will be carried out in chosen transport, dispatching and logistic companies of the Czech Republic. Students will come through the internship in the third school year of their study program within their compulsory operation practice training, which their schoolmates will have in the companies of the Slovak Republic. The aim of project is to increase the professional quality and skills of our students and lead to their higher applicability on the Slovak labour market. The core of this project is not to develop language skills and competences of our students but to ensure their professional working training with goal to be able to manage the whole process on the professional and communicative way with clear outputs. Within the scope of project, we want to use ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) with the clear fulfilment of practice and responsible evaluation system, which is going to be used for future professional trainings and practice. Due to the realization of project, students will obtain foreign training in their field of study as well as try to operate their theoretical and practical skills learnt at school (transport and operative activities in a transport company, work with documentation from transport section, economics, accountancy, record-keeping and activity in manufactured companies and warehouses.) The group of students will be attended by teachers who will monitor students in the companies and organize continuous and final evaluation with the cooperation of employers. We expect that our engaged teachers will acquire new social and working contacts and enhance their teaching attitudes, which could be used in their professional pedagogic educational system. Last but not least will be the promotion of our school in our region.
