The project participants are employees of the District Labour Office in Ruda Slaska jointly pursuing its statutory objectives and mission of the institution by providing high quality support and services directed to the unemployed and employers.Among the participants there will be representatives of the management team, employees responsible for the organization and realization of training, taking care of the development of customers and employees, people having direct contact with customers, both individual and institutional, as well as employees who create and implement projects to support the development of customers and employees. The experience of the executive office indicates the importance of supporting the unemployed especially those who are in a special situation on the labour market. Very often the unemployed are not able to find a proper job without our support. The strong commitment of employees gives the best results.Furthermore, there is growing interest and involvement in the development of entrepreneurship in the city and among our customers, which makes us search for effective solutions in this area. Implementation of the project, including the realization of training, gives the opportunity to look for new solutions to support our customers- the unemployed with a particular focus on disadvantaged groups, as well as interested in setting up their own businesses and entrepreneurs. The main objective of this project is to improve skills among the project participants in terms of customer support, by learning new methods and tools of activation of the unemployed, as well as the development of entrepreneurial attitudes among adults.Implementation of training activities will improve the knowledge of labour market institutions and the business environment in the UK, as well as gain knowledge about possibility of creating international partnerships and projects in this field. The project is scheduled for three trainings for a total group of 20 people. We also see the opportunity of participating in more than one training by each person. The final group of participants will be known after the recruitment and selection process that will be individually for each courses. Trainings will be preceded by the appropriate cultural and linguistic preparation .There were scheduled two types of group trainings for 8-10 people in the following scope: - improving skills in the field of development of cooperation with individual clients and institutions, to effectively and professionally activate the unemployed, with particular emphasis on disadvantaged groups; - evolution and development of entrepreneurial attitudes among adults. An important element of the above trainings is that they will be implemented in accordance with the needs of employees and the institution. Several months of cooperation with companies: Almond Vocational Link and Training Vision resulted in preparation of training programmes responding to our institution’s needs. Both trainings will be carried out in different parts of the UK- Plymouth and Portsmouth. The project also provides for individual training in the scope of creation of international projects intended for two employees involved in this field. This action will contribute to foster creativity and innovation and to create new initiatives for development of the institution, as well as effective cooperation with customers and development of entrepreneurship. Employees of the District Labour Office in Ruda Slaska through participation in the English-language trainings will be able to improve their language skills, as well as deepen their knowledge about the culture and customs of European countries. The knowledge, experience and established / developed cooperation will be used in daily work and the implementation of further projects that are an important factor in developing and strengthening the activities of the District Labour Office, and thus our customers.
