Rozšírenie odborných kompetencií žiakov v oblasti pneumatických a hydraulických systémov a inovácia školských vzdelávacích programov strojárskych odborov
Date du début: 1 juil. 2016, Date de fin: 30 juin 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project called Enlargement of the professional competences in the realm of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and innovation of school curriculum programme of Engineering branches is oriented mainly upon graduates of the field of study Electrician - Mechanic of computer networks as well as mechanics – electrician – focused on automating technology and vocational teachers of the United School in Martin. At present, automated distributed production systems - which many other companies – such as KIA, Volkswagen, Vienna International, etc. have been using - are being implemented in practice there. Connection of computer network technologies and modular automated systems is the part of these distributed systems. Our school has modular system in the field of security systems and Siemens PLC systems at its disposal. Partner´s Secondary School in Chrudim has the latest versions of modular Festo pneumatic systems, hydraulic REXROTH systems and CNC SINUMERIK system. FESTO training system allows students to understand the basic principles of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems. The latest generation of this system with the help of refined interface enables automated computer evaluation of the data. Working with these systems will enrich the material and technical equipment of our school. Job shadowing of teachers will support the preparation of a new study branch Engineering aimed at 3D technologies for the need of the automotive and engineering industry in the region. Our project will have several activities. 1. In the activity No. 1 students 24 Students will participate in a professional traineeship. The host institution cooperates with manufacturing companies to which it prepares professional tours in order to test acquired knowledge in the realm of real manufacturing practice. The aim of the project is to encourage the participants to acquire and use knowledge, abilities, skills and qualifications, and thereby assist them in personal development, employability on the European labour market. The aim of the organization of the professional traineeship is to increase the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training. We want to create a tradition of foreign traineeship of students in the initial vocational training. The project mobilities will be held in the Czech Republic at a host partner organization - Secondary Technical School in Chrudim in May 2017 and May 2018 and it will last for two weeks.2. In the activity No. 2 5 teachers will participate in job shadowing. We presume participation of teachers on the lessons of theoretical and practical education of branches focused on engineering subjects. They will focus on the following activities:job shadowing work on subjects: Control of measurements, Diagnostics, Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical measurement, Diagnostics, working with 3D measuring device with CNC DEA Pioneers and software PC-DMinSite, creating a CAD model in Inventor software. A part of activities will also be a meeting with employers in the Central region of the Czech Republic and implementation experience into the school curriculum. Mobility of teachers will initiate in February- March 2017.The host institution cooperates with manufacturing companies in the Central region of the Czech Republic to which it prepares professional tours in order to test acquired knowledge in the realm of real manufacturing practice. The aim of the project is to encourage the participants of vocational training to acquire and use knowledge, abilities, skills and qualifications, ECVET certifications and thereby assist them in personal development, employability on the European labour market. The project will increase the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training in the region.
