Rozšíření odborných kompetencí žáků v oblasti CNC řízení strojů a inovace školních vzdělávacích programů.

The project titled The extension of Professional Competences of the Pupils in the area of CNC machine controling and inovation of school education programmes is intended for engineering pupils of Secondary industry school Chrudim and for its teachers teaching technical subjects and technical training in branch mechanic of road machines.1 activity - pupilsThe neccessary part of technical teaching the graduates is CNC machines programming, because at present time engineering companies have available these modern control systems. They are thus also used by engineering firms in Pardubice region that are interested in professionally educated graduates by our school. The graduates have to master the manual programming of MTS Simulator and FESTO milling cutter and gain additional skills in order to learn how to programme and control a CNC milling machine with the usage of the programme they created on their own. They will test and expand these skills during technology training. Within the framework of their professional training they meet Sinumerik and Fanuc systems, which our school owned. The educational stay at United School in Martin will build on these acquired skills and expand on the skills of Heidenhain. Pupils learn about the technical parameters of the system, its operating modes, operation control in manual mode, learn to orientate in the structure of the program and they will work with the files.They will able to program CNC milling machines, inrun into reference points of milling machines and shifts the zero point, learn how to insert the tool data into the program, learn to switch on CNC programs and modify them. They recognize the error messages and learn to deal with. They try a simulations in 2D and 3D. Within the framework of educational excursions, they will visit firms that closely cooperate with our partner school and where the graduates work from this school (KIA, Viena International, VW). Here they will experience the usage of these systems first hand in practice. The aim of this project is the expansion of professional competences of the participants of the educational stay. From a more general point of view this project should add greatly to knowledge, skills and qualification that support personal development, succeed in gettting good job and participation in the European labor market. Another benefit is the ability to improve quality and innovation in methods of technical education and training and the attractiveness of technical education in general.2. Activity - teachersJob shadowing of five teachers from SPŠ Chrudim will be realized before educational stay of students. One of the offered education subject in our school is mechanic of road machines. Our organization has decided together with the Education Department of the Pardubice Region to reconstruct the facilities of this branch including its equipment. For our teachers it will benefit, get acquainted themselves with the know - how United Schools Martin, in which there are taught similar study branch (mechanic) and it has in this area long-term experience and quality base. For this study branch it created modern study curriculum and has innovative educational programs. Secondary school in Martin is working closely with companies such as (KIA, VW and Citroen Peugeot ) for which educates future specialized personnel. The aim of job shadowing is linking technical education and key competencies within the European framework. Emphasis will be placed on technical subjects and teaching workshops. Part of the job shadowing will be sitting in the lessons of technical subjects (Cars, Car - Electronics, Car - eletrical engineering, Diagnostics and Specialized Training). The next items on the program will be excursions to automotive companies and services Mercedes, Kia, VW, Škoda, Citröen, Nisan, which cooperate with school, next item is participating on committee of technical subjects, work with internal education materials or realization of international education institutions of partner by videoconference. The teachers should acquire, in terms of professional competence, new inovative education methods and their prezentation in area of technical subjects, creating portfolio of education materials with specific tasks in road technology area, create evaluation criteria outcomes of innovative teaching methods and further develop the procedures of school educational programs with emphasis on the development of competencies within the European Framework. We will focus mainly on the following key competencies according to European Framework for lifelong learning: Learning how to teach, entrepreneurship and initiative and digital competencies. Secondarily on the competences of communication in the mother and foreign language, and social and cultural competence.
