In the past, our organisation dedicated to building its eco-village, and now we want to expand our activities and to assist the local municipality.The project "Rozkvet ekoosady" has two target levels: provide volunteers with the opportunity to engage in life in our eco-village, and also due to their presence in the eco-village unite residents of the eco-village (hence EVS volunteers) with the locals through project activities, in particular thanks to this collaboration to develop " green "direction of the local municipality. We want to support the local community in activities related to the environment, enhancement of the village through natural materials and demonstrate the possibilities of natural architecture.The project is long-term for 12 months, and attended by four volunteers from the Czech Republic, Latvia and Sweden, who are interested in natural engineering.The main activities include: Activities related to life in our eco-village, activities relating to natural engineering, activities related to the care of permaculture garden, activities related to enhancement of the local community, helping local neighbors and so on.EVS volunteers gain skills and knowledge from different fields of natural engineering, horticulture and animal husbandry, as well as experience regarding the community way of life and active citizenship. Volunteers enrich not only the eco-village, as well as local neighbors and the local community, thanks to their presence and project activities, including for example the renewal of bus stops and cleaning illegal dumps. The village receives information that they are volunteers within theEVS, that locals are aware of the importance of Erasmus +. Thanks to the project activities promote cooperation with the local community and spread the idea of natural engineering and self-sufficiency among the wider public.
